Our training program is available to men, women, and teenagers of all running levels. Individuals, couples, and small groups are all catered to, so bring the whole family or go it alone. For those of you who love connecting with other runners, you’re in luck!
Our running training is completely customized to your unique circumstances.
Customized for Injury Prevention
We completely customize your training program based on your running history, your lifestyle/schedule, your goals, and the race you want to run. This is not a cookie-cutter running plan that you can find on the Internet, because you are not average, and we want to keep you safe and successful. We want to get to know you, and we will send you out a questionnaire that will give us a good feel of who you are, what you’ve been through, and where you want to go. This will aid in our ability to get you to where you really want to be.
Connection & Accountability
Northern Coloradoans: We connect you with our other runners in the area and online for additional support and accountability, as well as friendship! This will allow you to make connections at our group runs or online that will transfer into having buddies to do midweek runs with you and/or to share experiences with online.
Outside of Northern Colorado: You not only receive a completely customized plan to jet you toward your goals, but you will also be added to our online accountability group so you have others keeping you accountable.
Your coach is here for you via our private Facebook group 24/7. Ask questions, voice concerns… keep the communication open. Our clients are our running partners. This sort of connection and accountability absolutely increases success rate.
This one-time fee covers you for the duration of your training plan. The training duration will range from 8 – 16 weeks depending upon your current running habits and the loftiness of your goal.
